Built for Heavy Fabrication and Efficient Movement
Krueger’s Houston manufacturing facility includes 110,000 sq. ft. of covered shop area on a 27-acre site. This footprint provides the space needed for industrial fabrication, equipment assembly, material staging, and large project workflows.
The site includes a railroad spur that leads directly into the facility, enabling efficient movement of materials and finished equipment. Inside the shop, the main bay features two 40-ton cranes with a 32’ underhook height, along with a concrete shop floor designed for demanding fabrication work.
With covered production space, a large yard area, heavy crane support, and direct rail access, the facility is well-suited for projects that require careful handling, organized workflow, and reliable shipping coordination.

Fabrication & Shop Capabilities
Krueger’s Houston facility supports a complete fabrication workflow, including welding, cutting, rolling, forming, machining, handling, and assembly. The shop is equipped to manage large components, thick materials, and custom-built equipment while maintaining control over quality and production efficiency.




The fabrication shop employs ASME Code-certified welders and uses a broad range of welding equipment for industrial applications. Capabilities include AC and DC welding, manual and power welding positioners, manual and automatic turning rolls, automatic welding machines, tube welders, and inert gas welding equipment.

Krueger supports plasma cutting, plate rolling, plate forming, pipe cutting, beveling, and related preparation processes. Equipment includes the Davi Roller, PRESS 1250, Roundo Angle Roller, plasma-cutting systems, and pipe-cutting and beveling machines.

Advanced Equipment for Heavy Fabrication

Capability to roll steel up to 4" thickness and up to 10' in length for cylinders, rings, and segments.

1250 ton CNC Press Brake, forms up to 4" thick, 10' length, and 1" plate up to 22' length.
Additional large-format equipment includes Quickmill CNC machines, a 90’ x 10’ Alltra Plasma Cutting Table, Roundo Angle Roller, automatic bandsaw, pipe cutting and beveling equipment, and multiple iron workers up to 130-ton capacity.

Our facility supports industrial-grade quality control, inspection, and testing for complex fabrication projects. These capabilities help ensure that each project is manufactured to meet customer specifications, applicable standards, and demanding performance expectations.
Testing & Inspection
Available testing and inspection capabilities include radiographic inspection, PAUT inspection, hydrostatic testing up to 10,000 psig, and pneumatic testing up to 2,500 psig. Non-destructive testing methods are also available upon request, including halide, magnaflo, dye penetrant, and mass spectrometer testing.

Krueger supports heat treating for fabricated equipment to help manage project schedules, reduce outside service dependency, and prepare components for demanding industrial use.

Sandblasting and painting are handled in a large, covered area, allowing fabricated equipment to move through finishing stages with better control and efficiency.
Shipping & Logistics
The Houston location provides convenient access to the Port of Houston for ocean freight, along with licensed motor freight, tractor-trailer shipments, and rail freight options for domestic and international projects.
